Keeping it Affordable

Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, we have worked hard to keep registration fees as low as possible. Whether you’re a student, an ECR, or a seasoned researcher, we want cost to be as small a barrier as possible.

Travel Grants & Awards

The application form to apply for consideration of a travel grant can be found here. Funds will be allocated on a needs basis by the committee, to assist as many applicants as possible. Please indicate where you will be travelling from, and the approximate out of pocket expense anticipated.

Applications close on September 13th 2026.

Outcomes to be announced early to mid October.

If you win a grant or award, you will be reimbursed after registering — so don’t let the wait for outcomes stop you from registering and missing out on early bird rates!

Eligibility

You are an Undergraduate/Honours student, PhD/Masters student, or an Unemployed graduate (within 2 years of completing PhD).

Inclusion & Accessibility

We aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for researchers at all career stages. We warmly encourage participation from students, ECRs, parents, and those from traditionally under-represented groups.

If you have any accessibility requirements or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
